Canada braces for Hurricane Irene after it leaves 21 dead in US

Hurricane Irene is slowly moving northwards towards Canada with 248,000 homes already without power in Quebec and in other Maritime provinces. Hurricane Irene has crippled life in the east coast of the US and has left 21 dead so far. Continue Reading..
