INDIA HAS had a tough day against the West Indies on the first day of the Test match at Mumbai. West Indies won an important toss and decided to bat. They put their defeat on the back of the minds, as they came up with a splendid batting display to finish the day at 267 for the loss of two wickets, when the bails were dislodged by the umpires signalling the end of days play. Batting was certainly easier in the refurbished Wankhede stadium's lively pitch, which made strokeplay easier - compared with pitches in earlier Test matches. Continoue Reading….
