ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 match England vs West Indies, Live Score Card

In the 36th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 between England and West Indies, the English captain Andrew Strauss won the toss and decided to bat first at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. This match is a battle of survival for the English team, who is standing at the fifth position with five points from five matches in group 'B', in the Cricket World Cup 2011.
England captain Andrew Strauss has made three changes in the playing XI from the last match against Bangladesh in the Cricket World cup 2011. He picked fast bowler Chris Tremlett for James Anderson, all-rounder James Tredwell in place of Ajmal Shahzad and another all-rounder Luke Wright for Paul Collingwood in the must-win match.
West Indies captain Darren Sammy has made two changes in the playing XI in its fifth league match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011. He preferred dashing opener Chris Gayle in place of Shivnarine Chanderpaul. Leg spinner Devendra Bishoo is making his international ODI from this match. He replaced left-arm orthodox Nikita Miller.
In the 84 encounters between England and West Indies so far, West Indies has won on 41 occasions and England has won 37 matches. However, in the World Cups and in the sub-continent, the record is in favour of England.

In the Cricket World Cup matches, England won four and lost one, whereas in the sub-continent conditions England's record is 3-1.
