Pakistan team has made two changes in their playing XI from the last match against Sri Lanka. Afridi picked Saeed Ajmal and Wahab Riaz in the team, whereas rested Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar and Abdur Rehman against Canada.
Canadian captain Ashish Bagai made one change in the playing XI from the last match against Zimbabwe. He picked Henry Osinde in place of John Davison. The Canadian squad for the Cricket World Cup 2011 features three Pakistan-born players including top-order batsman Rizwan Cheema, medium fast bowler Khurram Chohan and Hamza Tariq.
Pakistan, which is one of the strong contenders for the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, has won both the opening matches against Kenya and Sri Lanka. Shahid Afridi and his team beat host Lankans by 11 runs at the same venue last weekend.
